I have 18 years of experience in global project organizations mainly within the renewable energy industry as director of project departments or project director on EPC projects. I am certified as Senior Project Manager from the Siemens academy approved to manage projects up to 600 mEUR.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I have developed the HEBO PM Handbook based on my experience and found that this handbook combined with my guidance also has a large value to entrepreneurs and investors in their early business development and expansion projects.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I founded HEBOproject in 2018 based on my high passion for project management and a desire to make a difference for my customers.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I strongly believe that we are one person through everything we do. We cannot separate the professional and private side of ourselves. That\u2019s why when you work with me you do not only engage with a Project Manager, but you engage with my full person and the passions and values I have.<\/p>\n

When I am out of the office I practice long distance sailing, mountaineering, hiking and other adventures that includes the outdoors as well as the ability to plan and execute for longer journeys. <\/p>\n

I am a very passionate person in everything I do. When I have a dream and set myself a goal, I fight to achieve it. No matter if this goal is to build a new Power2X facility or wind farm, cross an ocean or climb a mountain, the motivation and way to accomplish it is the same. Start with a vision and plan and prepare with your team before you execute. Enjoy the amazing feeling when you accomplish what you set out to do.<\/p>\n

A part of my motivation for being an independent service provider is it makes it possible for me to live a life where I can create projects and have success with them, both professionally and privately. For me it is all about passion and adventure.<\/p>\n
