HEBOproject is currently implementing a Project Management culture by establishing and leading a PMO function based on HEBOprojects own project management handbook tool. The task includes stage gate processes for project management, product development and Agile technology development.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The task is also to set up project governance by leading steering committees, ensuring project quality through project reviews prior to gate meeting and ongoing hiring and coaching of project managers. The site is located at Kragerup Estate on Zealand in Denmark.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n The facility consists of wind turbines, batteries, an electrolyzer + BoP and finally an advanced controller system. The aim is to demonstrate the ability to optimize the utilization of wind energy to produce hydrogen and support the grid when needed.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n HEBOproject had the role as project director for the turnkey project at the Siemens location and managed all internal stakeholders, resources as well as external parties involved in the project.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n During construction Siemens decided to sell the project and HEBOproject managed the sale and transition of the project to energy developer European Energy.
