Henrik Bonde
I founded HEBOproject in 2018 based on my high passion for project management and a desire to make a difference for my customers. As an independent service provider within project management, I can dedicate my full focus on delivering projects and services when and where it is needed. Customers can deploy me immediately and for the period needed without extensive recruiting processes and long-term commitments. Due to my background, I am self-propelled and require a minimum of support to get engaged.
I find it extremely motivating to bring structure and direction into chaos. I effectively guide the overall process and establish a clear overview, transparency and meaningful direction. With this I create high performing teams around me to meet customer goals.
With my high energy and drive I ensure progress, motivation and a good atmosphere. I am a strong communicator and enjoy selling an important message to others, whether the customer, project team or management.
I seek to be in an environment where there is a high degree of change and where I have the freedom to lead the way by own initiative. I thrive when I can set the scene and create the path to an agreed goal.

I strongly believe that we are one person through everything we do. We cannot separate the professional and private side of ourselves. That’s why when you work with me you do not only engage with a Project Manager, but you engage with my full person and the passions and values I have.
When I am out of the office I practice long distance sailing, mountaineering, hiking and other adventures that includes the outdoors as well as the ability to plan and execute for longer journeys.
I am a very passionate person in everything I do. When I have a dream and set myself a goal, I fight to achieve it. No matter if this goal is to build a new Power2X facility or wind farm, cross an ocean or climb a mountain, the motivation and way to accomplish it is the same. Start with a vision and plan and prepare with your team before you execute. Enjoy the amazing feeling when you accomplish what you set out to do.
A part of my motivation for being an independent service provider is it makes it possible for me to live a life where I can create projects and have success with them, both professionally and privately. For me it is all about passion and adventure.

Planned the first floating wind farm for Statoil. 5 x 6MW floating wind turbines erected on floating foundations in Norway and towed to Scotland for anchorage.
